Rollyo

This was fun, too. I created a list of a few of my favorite cooking sites. I favor the sites with reviews by people who have actually tried the recipes because their tips usually make a big difference in how a dish turns out. I also like Mary Ann Esposito and Lidia Bastianich--their sites expose me to cooking from regions of Italy that weren't part of our meals.
